Elevate your next event! d'vine offers a unique atmosphere, prime location, and a dedicated team to ensure your celebration is a success.

EVENT INFO

This information will help answer frequently asked questions, but please feel free to reach out to discuss the details of your event!

AVAILABILITY

The bar is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:00pm-12:00am.  Seating is on a first come, first served basis.  If you would like to host a function on one of these evenings, please contact us to discuss opening early for your group to come in!  If you would like to reserve the entire space on one of these nights for a private event, a $1,500 bar minimum will apply.  (For example, if beverage sales during your event are $1,000, a $500 rental fee will be applied to the host's account.)

 

If you would like to host a private event on a Monday-Wednesday evening, please contact us to discuss options.  Availability may vary based on the date requested. Rental fee: $400 (4 hours) Additional time $75/hour.

 

Private events are available on Sundays starting at 3:00pm and beyond.  You will have access as early as 2:00pm for setup, etc.  Rental fee: $600 (4 hours) Additional time $100/hour.

SEATING

There is seating for up to 50 guests.  You’ll enjoy plush armchairs, marble tables and a cozy, classy ambiance!  Capacity is 75 with standing room.

FOOD

We have several catering options available on site to choose from!

For light snacks and desserts, you are welcome to bring your own!

BEVERAGES

All beverage service must be provided by d'vine and you will have the following options:

 

Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own drinks.  (They can pay as they go or start their own tabs.)

Hosted Bar: We add up the drinks throughout the event and the host pays the tab at the end.  A minimum of 20% gratuity is applied to hosted tabs.

Hosted/Cash Bar: Host can cover drinks for a certain time period, type of drinks (ie: beer and soda), certain dollar amount, number of drinks (ie: 2 drink tickets per person), etc. and then guests pay for their own drinks outside of the defined scope.

 

Please note, absolutely no carry-in beverages are permitted.  If guests are drinking alcohol not provided by d'vne in the building, outdoor seating area, or in the parking lot, event may be terminated and no refunds will be given.

DECORATIONS

You are welcome to decorate!  We just ask that you do not attach anything to the walls, use glitter, confetti, or confetti-filled balloons.

FURNITURE

Furniture should remain as is.  If you would like tables to be moved together, please let our staff know, and we will take care of that for you!

CLEAN UP

For clean up, you will simply remove any items that were brought in.  We will take care of wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and taking out the garbages.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome during private events!  The bar is adults only during regular business hours.

HOW TO BOOK

A deposit of 50% will secure your event date!  (No refunds will be given if cancelled within 14 days from the event date.)
